Libby Indicted on Perjury NOT Being the First to Leak

Scooter needs a new lawyer. The one he has hired doesn't seem to understand the charges against his client. Theodore V. Wells, Jr. seems to think that Scooter has been charged with being the FIRST to leak Valerie Plame's name to a reporter. Nope....Scooter was charged with lying, lying, lying. Let me repeat that. I. Lewis Libby (Scooter) was charged with LYING to the grand jury. He was under OATH and for you Republicons out there trying to spin this new revelation from Woodward, being under oath means you are supposed to tell the truth. According to the indictments Scooter Libby did not tell the truth. According to the indictments he did not tell the truth several times.

It doesn't matter if Scooter was the first, second or 10th person to leak Valerie Plame's name. He hasn't been charged with that. His (alleged) crime was lying under oath. I will repeat one more time. I. Lewis Scooter Libby was charged with lying repeatedly under oath.
